Winter Snow Drags Feb 12th.....CANCLED... - Lee @ 13:00 EDT

Due to circumstance beyond our control (Mother Nature) the Drifthoppers will have to cancel the Feb. 12th Winter Snow Drags. With the lack of snow and the wet weather the track would not be able to be prepared to race ready conditions, even if we tried to run on the grass. With the leftover mud from the fall race and warm temps this winter, the club will put all their efforts into the grass drags for this coming October. With that said, the club it looking into the possibility of adding an extra grass event and maybe a standalone ATV race in the spring. Stay tune for more information to come. To all the racers and sponsors we want to say a big Thank You for sticking with us through these times. We will do everything we can to work with all of you at the next event.

Thanks for a GREAT Chicken BBQ!! - Lee @ 21:41 EDT

With the snow on the ground and great support from the drive through we sold out 600 chickens by around 1:00pm! Thanks for anyone that helped and all the customers that supported our efforts. The weather held out till Monday morning, but the rain has moved in and the Trails are CLOSED until the cold weather and more snow come back.

Sunday Chicken BBQ........... - Lee @ 08:06 EDT

Trails should be froze up this morning (at least early) the temp was 12 BELOW zero this morning! That should have helped with the wet spots. Be the first one to get some warm chicken and ride into the VFW or use the drive through and never have to get out of the car. Dinning room is also open to eat inside.
